Our mineral water treatment plant can filter 1ton/hr(1000liters/hr) to 12ton/hr(12,000liters/hr). The filtered mineral water from this plant can be bottling into PET/ Glass bottles, or mixing with Co2, syrup and other edible essence, addictive substance for carbonated mineral/ soda water filling plant.The filling, capping and end packing equipments we do also provide.
All the water pumps are from China famous brand- Nanfang, Hangzhou Pump, to keep water treatment quality.
General work process of mineral water plant
Multi-medium
Multimedium filter is used for removing the suspended matter from water. Automatic operation, high filtering ratio and low force of obstruction.
Active Carbon Filter
Active carbon filter is adopt fruit shell active carbon as the raw filtering material, for dinking water smell removing. It also can clear alien colour and foreign substance, or even heavy metal such as mercury from the water.
Sodium Ion Exchange
The exchanging device is for reducing the hardness of raw water, through the top of exchanger to bottom, Water softened material: resin.
Precision Filter
It adopts Micro-finestra membrane as filtration medium.

Hollow Fiber Super Filter (Specially for mineral water filtering)
Hollow fiber filter is a kind of burgeoning membrane separating technology. Which used to remove the mote, colloid, macromolecule organic matter and bacilli in the water.
Ozone Generator
The ozone generator is used to sterilized bacteria, microorganism, virus in treated mineral / pure water.
Terminal Filter
It uses Tiny hole cartridge membrane as filter element,to filter the ozone sterilized mineral wter and prevent mub growing in stainless steel pre-treatment filters and tanks.
We offer stainless steel water tanks for storage treated mineral water and orgin water, 2ton,3ton, 5 ton, 10 ton.
